Take Uber straight into downtown, LoDo, LoHi, RiNo, Highlands, Tennyson or Five Points for great night life, restaurants, bars and museums.
Check our our Edgewater Public Market just few blocks away!

Our lovely home is located 20 minutes from Red Rocks and Golden, 30 minutes from Boulder and 40 minutes from the breathtaking Rocky mountains offering great skiing, snowboarding and sunny hiking trails! A convenient distance to everything!

The house is all yours!
You'll have private access to the entire 2-br apartment in a side-by-side duplex.

A full kitchen offers all appliances including: stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, utensils, hand towels, mugs, wine glasses, water glasses, and dishes.

Both bedrooms have new, comfortable king and queen beds.
There is a queen, memory foam, sleeper sofa in the living room.

The living room is cozy and decorated to make you feel as if you are in your own living room. High speed internet and 50 inch HDTV smart TV features some of the best picture quality, making the living room theater quality for movie watching.

Two trash cans and recycling bin are in the back of the house.

I take pride in hosting and your comfort is my priority.

Cannabis dispensaries, open until midnight, are just a few blocks away.

House Expectations:
- Check in is anytime after 3PM
- Check out by 10AM
- No smoking of any kind inside apartment please. 420 is allowed.
- I am happy to consider a pet, please contact me with DETAILED description of your furry friend. Pet fee, per pet applies upon pet approval

Overall, this is a good stay. Good living room, bathroom, and bedrooms. Heats well. However, despite informing the host that we were traveling on business prior to booking, the internet connection was very spotty. The signal strength was not strong enough to support our various video conference meetings, which made it pretty hard to do business there. Also, the kitchen is missing a few basics such as basic cooking oil that people don’t typically buy when they’re just in town for a few days. The kitchen offers metal utensils and nonstick pans, which results in pretty scratched up pans. Otherwise the kitchen is functional, and the place is clean.

Great location, enjoyed Edgewater Public Market, Sloan Lake. Rupert's great breakfast place. House was perfect for our needs over Thanksgiving. I didn't host here, but kitchen was equipped enough for me to cook some holiday favorites.Very comfortable living room & bedrooms. Have newer, nicer couches than shown in the picture.Struggled with opening the lockbox to get keys, but otherwise everything was great.We'll hope to stay here again next time we're in the Denver area.

Pros: house clean, beds comfortable, bathroom clean. New stainless steel pots. Cons: across the street from liquor store, tattoo parlor, and vape shop. Traffic was noisy at night in bedroom that faced that road. Some kitchen pans were dirty, no potato peeler, disposal not working, no washcloths, linens heavily fragranced. Bringing luggage to front apartment was awkward from back parking as there is no direct walkway to front apartment.

We used this property to attend a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater which is about a 15 minute drive. This property is near Sloan Lake which has a beautiful walking trail. This property has plenty of restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops near by. The property is clean and comfortable. We are 100% satisfied!!!

Very clean and adequate for our stay. Could use more electrical outlets in the bedrooms. Missing wash clothes in the bathroom. The refrigerator was awkward the way the doors opened. Overall it was a good trip.

The house itself is as advertised, however the street is incredibly crowded with cars, and there was a homeless man camped out across the street. My experience was not pleasant though. We were contacted initially around 9pm and asked if we had checked in and could unplug the router because they were having internet issues, we mentioned we were still driving and would not be in until 11-11:30. When we arrived at 11:30 I did unplug the router to try and assist with fixing the issue and texted the host. I was then woken up the next morning, the first day of my vacation, after driving multiple hours and getting in late (mind you, I texted the host when we arrived), by the host calling me at 8am. When I answered the phone I was then greeted with the information that she was on the phone with comcast and was going to three way me into the conversation so I could troubleshoot the internet issue for them. When I told the host no and we were thinking of staying somewhere else, she demanded to know why. She then sent a text saying the internet people would be coming that day during a set 2-3 hour window. I told her we would not be there during that time as we had planned things to do on our vacation and I also did not feel comfortable with a stranger being around our things unsupervised by us. Ultimately, we did end up packing up and staying somewhere else. I understand the internet breaking was not her fault and she was trying to fix it, but didnt do so the best way.

Perfect Sparkler vacation

We stayed at edgewater for the Colorado sparkler. It is conveniently located to all the softball fields, shopping, dining, and a quick trip to downtown. We enjoyed walking to the lake. Highly recommended for your Denver vacation!

Good location but did not appreciate unannounced visit

Property was clean and spacious just as stated in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfy. The location was perfect to visit attractions in Denver.The reason for the 2-star review is that we had an unannounced visitor sent to the property on our last day there. We did not receive prior communication that the visitor would be there to fix the Internet - this person just showed up with a knock at the door near 8:30pm while we were eating dinner. This person did not explain well who they were and proceeded to barge inside staying a little over an hour troubleshooting the Internet connection in the unit while on the phone. I had to ask the person to leave a little after the hour mark because we all had to get to sleep because we were traveling the next day. I did not appreciate having dinner interrupted and that it wasn’t clear initially that this person was actually sent by the owner. I will add that we had reached out about the router and tv not working earlier in the day, but we were not told that someone would come by to work on it while we were there.

Overall, our stay was pretty good. The duplex was cute and spacious. The furnishing were pretty comfortable. It was also in a great location to everything we wanted to do. We were only 5-10 minutes away from places like Meow Wolf, Mile High Stadium and Casa Bonita, and 20 minutes from the zoo and Museum of Nature and Science. There were plenty of good places to eat with in a few blocks and a Walmart and Super King both close by for grocery shopping.The only issue we had with the place was that it was missing some basic amenities that I would normally expect to be provided in a rental like this. There were no wash clothes, even though there were plenty of towels and hand towels. I'm not sure if a previous renter took them and the host just didn't know there were no wash clothes, but we ended up having to use the hand towels to wash with in the shower. There also weren't any oven mits and only one dish towel, which made it pretty dicey when trying to take things out of the oven. Also, when I went to cook on the stove, we realized there was no foil or at least cooking spray, which was very annoying, given we had just been to the store and my husband had to make a second trip for those items. Like others have mentioned in previous reviews, the duplex is right on a very busy street and the bedroom with the queen bed has windows that face the street, so you will definitely need a sound machine to help drown out the noise from the cars at all hours of the night.
