The living room, family room area, and game room provide enough hang out space and activities to comfortably entertain your whole party. Enjoy a movie, play board games, and test out your billiard skills ;) .

The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to cook a great meal and enjoy it in the company of friends and family around a large dining table.

Driveway parking and street parking are available. We do not offer garage parking.

NOTE: The property is located in the residential neighborhood. Please be mindful about noise at all times, especially between 8 pm and 8 am. No loud parties, live music, music amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJ, or karaoke is allowed at any time during your stay both outside and inside of the house.

No smoking is allowed inside the house. Violators will be charged a $1,000 fine.

Spa heating is included in your stay, but not pool heating. You can request pool heating in advance of your check-in or anytime during the duration of your stay. Note that it takes approximately 24 hours to heat up our pool to 89F and an additional $100/day charge.

The pet fee is $100/stay. If you are bringing more than 1 pet, there will be a separate charge of $50 per additional pet.

For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed outside.
