“I was extremely disappointed with the condition of our room at the Sea Oats Motel. Unfortunately, there were several cleanliness, maintenance, and safety issues that made our stay uncomfortable. The bathtub was not properly cleaned and had green residue inside of it that appeared to possibly be mold. The ceiling was also torn and damaged, which made the room look poorly maintained. The furniture was outdated and in bad condition, including a dresser that was actually missing its top……

“Location, location, location!!! Henderson beach is gorgeous and walking distance from the hotel. The hotel itself needs some updating, but is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is very nice. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.”

“The room was clean, comfortable, and ready when we arrived. We stayed for 3 nights. Both pools were good and so was the outdoor hot tub. Housekeeping was good and daily. The breakfast was good to have as well. The place is definitely in a prime location. Will stay here again.”

“This was a great value, good location, perfect for our needs. On the spur of the moment, we extended our short vacation by a day and found this property, close enough to the beach. The property seems new, the staff was fantastic, and it was a nice little bonus to have the happy hour in the afternoon. We're big walkers but this is probably not a realistically walkable location for the beach if you plan on bringing any gear. For one, you have to cross a very busy highway. But it's a really short……
