“View from room was okay, partial parking lot & ocean. Front desk staff was not very inviting or friendly checking in or out, the rest of the staff (cleaning, restaurant, etc.) were outstanding! Definitely family friendly. Property needs updating, but generally acceptable for price. Not a fan of not being able to have dinner each night at a sit-down restaurant each night. We could only book 4 nights with a 7 day stay, not acceptable!”

“The resort it self was very nice, however the first room that I was in need it some love. The chairs were stained and the room was run down. 700 building. Then I was moved to the other side of the resort where the room were newer, with an amazing view! The staff for the most part were very nice an accommodating except for the coffee lady and reservations/ excursions desk. They were very rude and seemed that me even talking to them was annoying them and talking with other guests they felt the……

“Hotel was clean. The staff was super nice and the location was superb. It’s on eagle beach…not many bars near by but driving over to palm beach wasn’t bad. There’s an entire strip of bars for the young folks like me! The hotel is super dead at night besides whatever talent they book for the night(they were still good). The drinks for the most part are top shelf(they have Hennessy). The food at the buffet is really good and I would recommend going to club Margot. There’s so much to do in Aruba. I……

“Would definitely revisit! The birds are a problem when it comes to eating outside. The pool is beautifully maintained which is why it surprises me that they do not pay as much attention to deck and lounge chairs. We had to wipe bird dropping off of every lounge chairs we sat in. ”

“Love this place! Conveniently located to everything and you don’t even have to leave the property if you don’t want to! My sister and I had our own bedrooms and our own bathroom, full size refrigerator, and a very large living room. ”

“Great stay. Spent day at pool, palapa and with a beach umbrella on three days. Food at Italian, breakfast buffet and dinner beachside was very good. My friend and I were not all inclusive and also enjoyed food up and down the street outside. Very close walk. Would stay again. The beachside bar needed more staffing. Front door staff and desk were all so helpful. ”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
