A great experience staying at this hotel for 4 nights. Staff are welcoming, rooms and views are nice. Enjoyed so much about the executive lounge as well. Definitely will recommend to others.

Good at the given price

Staff was friendly and attentive. Hotel room was clean and spacious. I booked the Classic Triple Room, which has a sitting area as well as a nook for the twin bed with its own temperature control. Loved the breakfast buffet with wide selection of Hue specialties along with Asian and western options. I didn’t take advantage of the pool but it was big and looked clean.

Super friendly and attentive staff. Close enough to Khao San road to walk, but far away enough from the noise.

By far one of the best hotels we stayed at during out time in Japan

All was great! However, the free 24/7 airport service listed on the website page was NOt free! I had to pay for it! I chose this hotel because of the free airport shuttle service but this was not true. Please revise your listing on the Hotels.com website so others will not be mislead.

The J-Mex is what the Japanese call a "Love Hotel" - a place where couples can go to meet and have a romantic time. As such, most guests stay for one night (or shorter). But apart from the fact that the hotel room was stocked up daily with fresh condoms (as well as hair brush, mouthwash, moisturizers, toothbrush, lotions, bath salts, bubble baths, water bottles, etc.) we at know time felt like anything less than a very professionally run, reputable place. Wow, I really was impressed with the Valia. Booked a Junior Suite with access to the lounge and spent 3 great days. The gym is very complete, the breakfast with a zillion options (tried both at Florae and at the lounge and both were outstanding), the pool had a great combination of sun and shade, the shuttle was always there to take me shopping and the room was absolute silence (most important thing in a hotel room for me). I would go back in a heartbeat.

The hotel is new and very technological which I liked. Rooms are big and beautifully designed. Staff is nice and helpful, rooms were clean. The location is close to the airport but in the location there is only a big supermarket and a few street food stands but nothing much so the location is a bit poor but other than that it was fantastic.

Excellent service and extreme friendly staff. My wife and I spent the last 5 night in this hotel on our anniversary. The staff are very friendly. Front desk very accommodating. The bell captain Max is very passionate. He not only gave us advice on local eateries and directions to get there. Great hotel, great service, great location.

Had a great stay at the Light Hotel starting from the friendly staff that took our luggage up to our room and a tour guide that helped us book tickets to get to Halong Bay the following day. The hotel is brand new so everything is sparkly and the attention to detail was top notch. Our favorite part was sharing a bottle of wine on the rooftop deck with a great view of the city.
