“I have a poorest experience in OBLU Helengeli resort. This is my fifth times to Maldives but the experience in the resort destroy my whole holiday with family. All the staffs and managers on the island are not helpful and friendly, they can not give helps when I have problems in doing the reservation or on board. 1. I do reservation on June, and I have tell the resorts I will come with a five years old child for several times already, they didn’t tell there is an extra charge until the full……

“When we arrived bed linen was very poor, hairs and stains. When the replaced it new linen was a bit damp. We left our room clean sign out all day, when we finally returned at 4:45, they then wanted to clean the room. A little in convenient! I didn’t really like the location, which is not a fault on the hotel. And wotif advertised this rate at 50% off!! Which is definatley not accurate and I would say not worth th rate I paid.”

“泳池live band 提早結束，不要晚上11點多還超大聲，且臨路低樓層隔音沒加強，根本無法入睡，另外有部分的工作人員，不夠積極，沒有耐心幫旅客解決問題 ⋯⋯”

“The place was really decent. The room was spacious. I enjoyed the breakfast for 3 days and the food was nice (although the menu didn't change from day to day). The public bath was very large and wonderful.”

“Used to stay in this hotel when in Shinjuku. Though slightly far away from metro and JR station, good that there is an indoor tunnel-like route between the station and the hotel, such that no need to worry about getting wet when raining. However, slightly disappointed on the breakfast… seems not as delicious as previous… For the room, standard small room just like other similar hotels in Shinjuku. But the design of the furniture is cautious and considerate.”

“Had a fabulous welcome from Cookie on reception who looked after me for the rest of the trip, ensuring I had an awesome stay. Huge room with a huge. Comfortable and beautifully decorated.Nice rooftop with jacuzzi and gym (though as open air it’s hot). Decent breakfast to start the day. Very cute and friendly bar I spent a few evenings having a great time, with Cookie hosting. Highly recommended- great location and value. Only thing to be aware of is there will be one or two flights of stairs to……

“土曜日のディズニーランド後にこちらにお世話になりました！シャトルバスもあり（最終便で乗り切れなかったですが、追加のバスが来て乗れました）乗車した人が一気にチェックインになり混むかと思いましたが、機械受付も多くスムーズでした。部屋はとても清潔感あり、快適でした！アメニティも多く子供パジャマもあり荷物は最低限で済みました！24時間のコンビニがありますが、夜10時過ぎに行った時にはおにぎり、サンドイッチはなかった。でもおかず系が充実しており十分でした！ こちはらまたリピートしたいとおもいました！”
