"The hillside suite we rented was fantastic, but the crickets outside at night made it very difficult to sleep. We reported an issue with the A/C on the first day we were there, but it was not addressed during our stay. The A/C would run for a few minutes, then shut off, display two error codes, and recycle itself before coming back on another couple minutes later. This made the temperature in the suite uncomfortable in the upper-80s and high humidity conditions."

"The property is on a mountain side so to access rooms you have to climb hills and stairs. It would be nice to have that noted in the description. The island kept loosing power.
