The room was exactly as expected clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The beds were super comfy, making for a great night’s sleep. The view and overall atmosphere were fantastic. "We stayed in 4 other hotels during our adventures on Vancouver Island and the Fairmont was the best for Cleanliness, helpful staff, bed comfort and amenities. It costs equivalent to a neighbouring property that we found disappointing. Walk to pretty much everything you want from here and the grounds are pretty."

"Pros: Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, internet access was great, the swimming pool had a great vibe (although very busy the Tuesday we most recently stayed), the bell boys and the front desk staff were kind and helpful. The location is perfect walking distance from so much around you to see and eat! Cons: Difficult to get ahold of someone at the front desk via phone in the room, once you park (they charge around $30 per 24 hours), you don’t have in-out privileges. We would 100% stay here again (this was our second stay) and would suggest the property to friends and family! Thank you, Hotel Bonaventure! "
