“They need to change carpet, very dirty and has an unpleasant odor. The water pressure is too weak too”

“Hotel was great, but why was I billed for much higher than what I booked it for?”

“Thick layer of dust on top of lamp shades and such. Toilet paper was like sand paper. Every else was wonderful. ”

“Our plane was super late , we got to the hotel at 12:30 am..the desk clerk was very good, funny, conversational for the late hour. He got all of our information taken care of. The room was nice, maybe not 5 star, a good bed, great pillows and a nice selection of soap and lotion. The best art of most Holiday Inns is the breakfast buffet, and this one was great! The coffee also very good. I'd go back again. ”

“We utilized the party room and the pool for a kids party and then stayed the night. All the staff were friendly, rooms were clean and breakfast was good. We have utilized the party room several times, this year the pool was the coldest it has been. My kids along with friends didnt swim long, and the hot tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. ”

“The staff was helpful and responsive in check in and getting a shuttle from and to the airport in the freezing cold. Room is very clean and they really should advertise the heated floors in the room and the heated towel shelf in the bathroom. Beds are on the firm side, which i don't like, but overall this is a really nice hotel if you happen to be in Fargo. Looks like a cool city to explore if it wasn't negative degrees!”

“They arranged transportation to the airport for me. Hotel was clean. Room was very nice, it had everything I needed for my stay. Staff was awesome! I left before breakfast was available, but it sure smelled good!”
