“Overall it was a good experience. I didn't know that there wasn't daily room service which is important to me. The property could be better maintained. For example the stairs going down to the front parking lot was always covered in leaves,flowers, and chicken poop. The seaweed was terrible but they were always working on clearing it out. We were out of the resort most of the time so I didn't mind the downsides. The ac in my kids room didn't work. The lock on the slider wasn't working. Could……

“The bartenders, wait staff, concierge, guest arrival services members were impressive and professional. We merely experienced a problem with our access to warm/hot water for showering. After reporting “cold water bathing” as du jour twice in one day, we were relocated to a different room—yet the next two rooms were not reflective of our purchased/selected rate, and on the third attempt we were relocated to a room with merely “tepid” temperature of water. “The whole experience was amazing. There are so many amenities that come with your stay that it takes a few days, yes days to understand everything that is available. The staff is amazing. You can ask anyone a question about the property and they either give you the answer or know who to get you too for the answer. My favorite was the pool is open 24 hours. The night swimming was alot of fun.”

“Excellent place to stay on Saint Thomas. The owners are very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Clean and spacious rooms a short walk from downtown Charlotte Amalie. This is a small, locally owned "hotel" that has an intimate, relaxed vibe. Easy access and parking.”
