“Awful place only stay if your are desperate and no other options. Didn't stay left and went to another hotel.”

“Be sure to have breakfast; it is delicious, nutritious, and the view is awe-inspiring. I had several cups of the ginger, mint lemonade- wow! I didn’t spend much time in my room. But it was nice to come back to a clean one. Staff are very friendly! One could not ask for more and get it.”

“Ac didn’t work in first room they accommodated and moved me to another room only issue was it was Saturday night and it was above their restaurant and bar and the music was so loud it shook your floor and you had to liste in to it until 12 pm. After I said something they accommodated me again moved me to a quiet room and gave me a free night. So if you do ever have an issue there speak up and they will most definitely make it correct. It was my second stay here and I enjoy the place so since……

“Family of 2adults/2 teens. From the start, rent a car. The speed limit in most of the areas we visited was no more than 30MPH. It was easy to learn how to drive on the left. The hotel does not provide a shuttle service and taxis are very expensive. Free onsite parking. Once there, nothing is walkable. You’ll spend about $9/person each way to get to the charlotte Amalie area. I was hesitant to book because many reviews said the staff were rude. This is completely untrue! We got there early and……

“We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage, and we thought the rooms looked very nice. We had an issue with the cottage being warm most of the night as well as the TV not working properly. We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. When we vacation, our non-negotiables are clean, comfortable rooms, and unfortunately, the second item wasn’t met. Also important to know that the only walkable food option is their restaurant, which does not……

“I’m saddened to write about this terrible experience with the Landmark Apartments. The communication with the host is terrible! I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments. We were early and that’s when she told us about an early check in fee. Then the apartment was very dusty. The floors, the furniture, the fixtures everything. We were told that……

“The resort property itself was ok. Our condo was not the greatest. It wasn't the cleanest, a cabinet door under the kitchen sink was broken- it was barely hanging on. The dishes and drawers where the silverware is kept was dirty, I don't think they had been washed. The pull out sofa before was not comfortable at all. I don't think I would stay here again.”
