“Clean rooms, amazing bed and pillows, great breakfast, delicious restaurant, a/c in rooms work great. They had construction going on early in the morning but once asked to stop they did & compensated us for the inconvenience. Can’t beat the location either! Overall my partner & I will be visiting again next time we come to visit the walled city! Thank you for having us Bastión”

“Swimming pool is not accessible (that should be part of hotel information). We asked for one hour additional for check out, front staff provided poor excuses not to give the additional hour. Staff who cleaned the room were excellent friendly and professional. Restaurant was good. ”
