"I can not praise and compliment this host and amazing place enough. We stayed 7/22-7/29 and to say we loved it and won’t miss it is far from true. The place was perfect. Beautiful inside and the land around it, so nice. Visiting and feeding the horses and goats daily was something my youngest and I loved. We built a bond with the dog that watched the land, Sam the dog is what we called him:-) he was a constant for us and honestly we miss him already! The host was a life saver when my rental car got a flat and she filled it so I was able to get it back to swap for a new one. They have a play area for the kids including a small zip line and trampoline. Thank you for a great vacation spot and we will def be coming back. Thank you so much! And Sam the dog, we will see you again:-)"

"This place is absolutely wonderful! It was very family friendly. Being able to text someone of any inconveniences was so thoughtful! The beds were comfy and the beach was only a 30 minute drive from the hotel! We plan to stay there again for another beach getaway!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Bryan's beautiful lakeside home! The house itself was a great space for our family of 6 and very comfortable. It was thoughtfully furnished, spotless, and perfect for relaxing and enjoying family time. The location on the lake couldn't be better: peaceful, scenic, and with easy access to the water. The kids enjoyed jumping off the dock and the paddling around in the kayaks. I loved the screened in porch and gazebo. The air hockey table and old school video game were big hits as well! Bryan was welcoming, very attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. You can tell he truly cares about creating a great experience for guests.The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer! This was just a short stop on our family road trip, but we would love to visit again. Highly recommend!"

"This cozy, well-decorated cabin feels just like my grandma’s cabin growing up—warm, welcoming, and full of charm. It’s perfectly remote, nestled at the edge of a forest park with tons of local wildlife, hiking trails, and nearby fishing spots. Best of all, it’s still within driving distance to the gulf if you want a beach day. If you're looking to unwind and reconnect with nature, this place is a hidden gem. We hope to be back soon!"

"We visited Sun-kissed on Gannt lake for 6 nights. The home was cozy and spacious to allow for our family of 4 to enjoy the week. Comfortable beds, nice shower and amenities, laundry on site is great for light packing, water activities off the dock all day while grilling. This trip is just what our family needed. "

"After driving 10 hours I was hopeful to relax, however upon arrival the home was in disarray and not cleaned from the previous tenants-the property owner acknowledged it was his fault - he offered to have it cleaned but then offered a the option of a 5th wheel trailer in a park of run down trailers. It was in an area that i did not feel safe to be in and my daughter in law agreed it was not a good area for a woman traveling alone to be staying in. It was not the property i had paid for. I then asked the owner to refund my money as i was alone and exhausted and i needed to book a hotel as both properties were not part of what was agreed to pay and by that time i was frustrated. He essentially stated that my feelings regarding feeling unsafe were not important in a rental situation and that he believes it is a safe area- regardless of the fact that it was not what i had booked because that property was not ready to be rented and may have still had someone staying there. The owner offered a refund of substantially less than half of what i paid, for something i did not stay in due to his oversight. I agreed to a refund less than what i paid so he wouldn't be out of his fees to VRBO and he declined- If the outcome was different and he refunded what he COULD have , minus his VRBO fees- I would not be here writing this review. Other reviews state he has many properties in many states, it saddens me he has taken advantage of a situation like this and has kept the funds."

"We were down for a long weekend to visit our son at Fort Novosel. We were close to everything and yet tucked away in a quiet spot. The room was immaculate, had absolutely everything we needed and more. I appreciated knowing how well all items were sanitized between guests. We would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend!"
