“There was sand on the floor of our hotel room. The AC did not work properly at night which caused a very uncomfortable sleeping situation . Flies were all over the room. The knob on the shower was broken. No second shower curtain to prevent water from spilling on the floor making it slippery.”

“I love the fact that the bedrooms are comfortable and clean, the passes to get umbrellas and chairs on the beach was free. The staff was over the top helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good too. They also gave us a discount at the restaurant next-door, which was very casual and very good food. They charge for parking, which was a surprise, but when you get free umbrellas and chairs on the beach, good breakfast and all these other amenities, it makes up for it. I highly recommend……

“I really like the room structure and the sea view with large floor-to-ceiling windows, but the cleanliness of the items in the room is not enough, the equipment is old, everything else is okay.”

“Arrived to our room which smelled very musty. The has carpet and an in wall air conditioning unit. The bathroom floor and shower was covered in hairs I’m assuming from the previous guest. I am not sure if housekeeping forgot to clean the bathroom between guests. I spoke to the front desk in person at 9am requesting for our room to be appropriately cleaned and she stated she would “send someone right up”. We went to the beach for the day and came back to our room 3PM to an untouched room, still……

“This is a very basic hotel. The shower was hot, the beds comfortable, the room was clean, and the beach was easy walking distance. Unfortunately, no one did anything about loud, disruptive behavior every night outside on hotel property. There was no coffee available early in the lobby and no coffee maker in the rooms. We had to ask for our microwave (which was brought quickly- I appreciated the maintenance and cleaning staff). The front desk staff was cordial, but was unable to give me a……
