“I’m a returning guest and have stayed at this hotel about four or five times, usually for stays of five days or more. I really love how homey and cozy it feels. The food options are great, and the room service menu is very affordable. Breakfast is included and offers a nice variety. “Although Mike is a courteous man, his place terrible. The Ad on Hotel.com is misleading. I didn't check in till 10 PM. The area is very dark and insecure. From the get go, Mike told me that the room I've booked was not available. He put me a small, mosquito infested room without basic items. I spent 1 night because I could call a cab. I left the place early in the morning. Please refund me for my entire booking. This was a horrible experience. TOTAL REFUND!”
