"The shower was in the middle of the bathroom which was interesting and would get the entire floor wet but the water was hot so it worked and the AC kept the room super cool. The only reason the hotel got a 4 star review was because we were on the 4th floor right next to the kitchen so it was loud basically all day but other than that, the property was great and location was amazing. "

"Checkin was okay, this is a new hotel taking up two floors in a very old downtown building. Entrance terrible, lift hardly works, bed linen had top sheet missing and very high pillows. Service was shocking. Staff were rude and surly we were ignored much of the time. Felt we were interrupting them and there were a lot of staff! Breakfast acceptable - only just. We booked in for two nights and checked out early as we could not stay a second night. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Wait 6 months - they may learn how to show hospitality - or they will go broke!"

"All the pools were really lovely and clean, the staff were all very friendly, the food was pretty much what you expect from an all inclusive but I will say the lunch at the Baslico was particularly good. It was good that most of the restaurants were included in the all inclusive, overall great stay and would recommend."

"We are here for the 12th time and it's amazing as usual: food is tasty and varied, a lot of fruit and vegetables, different kinds of meat , fish and seafood. Stuff is always friendly and helpful, rooms are clean. Sandy beach, rich coral reef and not windy location."
