“The carpark was very busy over the weekend and, after a long day out, we were forced to park as far away from the hotel as was possible. Weddings and the attraction of the spa probably accounted for this. The food was more than average except for the breakfast which was excellent. The staff, to my knowledge without exception, were very welcoming and noticeably hard working. The room was slightly more spacious than average with spotless facilities and a comfy bed (single). So, for the most part...

“Room was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was good.”

“This was a wonderful break for us. The hotel is relaxed and spacious, the spa facilities good. Very quiet and friendly. And excellent value for money.”

“Amazing and super friendly staff”

“The room was very noisy because there were a lot of people drinking under our window until 4 am do we couldn’t sleep.”

“Lovely building but service is poor and the food/breakfast is terrible. Cleaning not great either. We stayed in a room with multiple power cable extension leads/plugs Daisy chained across the floor… no way this is legal in UK. ”

“Thr Hotel was ok, but I"ve had a big prpblem with EXPEDIA. DON'T BOOK WUITH THEM !!! I had to leave the Hotel after the first night because I have a sight disability and it was difficult for me to reach the room. The Hotel was ok with it and told me they didn´t opose to the return of the money I had paid for the resting 4 nights. But Expedia don't want to return it to me. So, they keep 726 pounds that don't belong to them. I think I'll have to sue Expedia. ”

“The hotel was what you'd expect from holiday inn staff were great and really helpful and of course a wonderful breakfast”

“Very helpful staff”
