“The hotel staff was very accommodating on all fronts, and always had water available. The room was clean and well set up, the hvac was quiet and effective, and the bed was comfortable. Only negative was that the peloton bike in the gym had not been maintained, the screen did not turn on and the bike was rusty … maybe not important to many visitors but a peloton is something I look for when booking.”

“Rooms are very nice. Spacious bathroom and sitting area. Great view of the Tennessee River. You are literally a walk away from Ruby Falls. The Inn is on Lookout mountain. Great place for families to rent out and have it to themselves. Only 10 rooms, so get to staying. Each room has a bed, sitting area, small fridge/freezer, coffee maker and large screen TV. ”
