“The property itself as a whole was just ok but one of the staff members was really rude & dismissive for no reason. My room was on the Legends side that was supposed to be updated but it needed more. The refrigerator was located in the bathroom & I've NEVER seen that before. The casino games were the best part even though I didn't win. Also I understand that this property once had a buffet so why get rid of it? Buffet's are part of the reason I go to casinos. BRING IT BACK!”

“Breakfast mediocre at best. Rooms are clean and somewhat modern but show signs of wear and abuse over the years in trim and other areas. The price is lower than some so I have to forgive this. Most of the signs of are on the outside at the doors and other areas. Yes I would definitely recommend but this is not the Hilton and you need to realize what you are getting is very reasonable clean accommodations. I appreciate that there are still a few places left that I can say that about.”

“We didn't even stay the night as the neighbor next door was screaming at the other occupants in their room (including kids). I was promised a full refund for the poor quality of the room (that had a shower that was not cleaned - hair - unclean floor and stained bedsheets) and they instead, charged my credit card over and over again so much that it was automatically locked and I had to get a new card, and I am STILL fighting the charge a week later. Don't book a stay!!!”

“A lot of kids stayed for sports tournaments and the breakfast bar was a mess due to them and staff could not keep up. ”

“I was not allowed to check in due to not having a 200.00 CASH deposit. This was not disclosed when I made the reservation. I had to find another hotel and they would not refund my money for the 2 nights I had reserved. ”
