“Got woken up on the last day by cleaner walking in our room at 8.15am. Cleaner made bed but did not even take dirty bins/food boxes out. Quite far out, better hotels/area further down the Gulch.”

“The property itself was not bad. The main complaint that I had was it was very, very hard to get a hot shower. The water was ice cold every time we try to take a shower. The only other complaint I would have is for such a big hotel. The pool is very small and we were not able to even get in there because there was not enough room in the pool area definitely way too small for the size of hotel.”

“The rooms were clean. Porter/valet staff need more training. Front desk staff were lacklustre and there’s no follow through. Bar/restaurant staff were great. Wifi/cell service is awful at this hotel (whether you pay for the wifi or not).”
