“Extremely crowded pool with filthy towels and chairs. I’ve upgraded my room to have a balcony and got a wedding going on until 1am right under our room, my 2 years old woke up twice crying because of the noise. Mattress had dirty spots, lamps had a thick layer of dust. Overall I left even more tired than I came to this hotel. Would not recommend this hotel, especially if you’re traveling with kids.”

“The experience at the resort was in general great we were in an ocean video room, and the pools were very nice even though I had kids and couldn’t experience the adult section. However the valet parking was a real issue every time you have to get your car there was 1 hour wait to request the car and then another hour to get your car. That was really bad.”

“This hotel is amazing. I chose a water view room with two bedrooms, a living room, and an open kitchen. The room was amazing and I loved it! The only downside was the shower had a very low flow, which made it uncomfortable, but we only stayed two days, so it was fine. I'd definitely stay here again on my next vacation!”
