“We had a wonderful stay at Velas Vallarta. The resort is excellent with beautiful grounds and spacious suites. Omar and Julio at Andrea restaurant were outstanding — they took great care of us as vegetarians and made our meals fantastic, while the in-suite kitchenette was very convenient. The only downsides were the rude and unhelpful reception staff during check-in, who seemed to play games and lacked transparency, and the beach not being swim-friendly due to the river outflow.
