"Nice clean hotel close to airport. We double booked but Tanouj the manager was very helpful so was Faith at checking.
The food is quite expensive (which is to b3 expected at an airport hotel but the quality was terrible and service in cafe and bar was very slow. "
"Our room had no beach view, that fact should have been communicated to us better at the time of booking.
Also overall the wifi was very unstable. Needs an upgrade
Otherwise good experience"
"We stayed at the Hyatt Place in Nairobi while attending a wedding and honestly it was the best decision. We briefly moved to Landmark Suites to be with the rest of the group, but the accommodations there were so poor that we came right back to the Hyatt Place.
The difference was night and day. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day and everything, from the linens to the bathrooms, felt fresh and well cared for. After a long day out in Nairobi, it was always nice coming back to such a clean and comfortable space.
The staff was warm, professional, and eager to help. They even upgraded us from a suite to an even nicer suite during our stay, which was incredibly generous and made the experience even better.
The breakfast buffet is outstanding. There’s a fresh omelette station, a wide variety of hot and cold options, fresh fruit, and every kind of alternative milk you could want. It’s easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had anywhere.
We also loved the upstairs bar and lounge area, which has a foosball table and pool table and creates a fun, relaxed atmosphere in the evenings. The outdoor pool is not heated, but was still a big hit with our kids. And my husband used the gym several times and said it was well equipped.
There’s also a great café downstairs that was perfect for coffee and quick meals.
Another huge plus is the location. The hotel is right next to Sarit Centre and within easy wal"
"The room was great. They did a turn down service which was amazing! The bed was comfy and large. The room had a great view. They were kind and the breakfast was good (able to order what you want and a buffet). The hotel felt very safe. I would go back again! I love the stay! It was so relaxing! I also like how they were able to check me in a bit early without any hassle really accomodating"
"The hotel was nice, clean and in a nice location next to the mall. The room service was excellent providing quality service combined with delicious food. All of the staff members at the location from the entrance and throughout the entire building were very friendly, kind, and provided a delightful environment to be around. On my next trip to Kenya, I will be staying here again. "
