“清潔度不錯，員工非常友善，讓我們提早寄放行李，以便前往風車村遊玩。早餐簡單，但麵包很好吃，只是還不到9點，炒蛋沒了就不再補充。我們的房型帶廚房，不過廚房的設備不足，只有微波爐、熱水壺、咖啡機，沒有爐頭與鍋具，無法做飯。這比較可惜。但整體的經驗還不錯。”

“Charming dutch property with narrow stairs. Centrally located in Zaandam with very convenient access to shopping, restaurants and only a 10 minute walk from the railway station. The staff were so very helpful and responsive.”

“Location is good and near the train station, but everything you need to pay and expensive to get, no kettle no hot water, no luggage room.”

“The hotel needs to take a look on its electrical appliances, the fridge was left unplugged, and when we tried, we found that the socket was broken and it was so dangerous! The hotel implements a "Quiet policy" within the hotel at night, sadly the hotel is located among several bars, casinos and restaurants, plus its poor sound proofing, it was very noisy at mid-night. In some of the days, the house keeping were not done when we expected to, or when we have asked to. ”

“De kamer, het bed, vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid personeel en, parkeergelegenheid waren goed. Het ontbreken van ontbijt, vereiste enige improvisatie, maar was geen probleem.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Zandam. The apartment was just as described, a short walk from the station in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to Amsterdam made day trips an easy choice. A few more utensils and a frying pan would have been nice but we were able to manage. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment.”

“Almost perfect, if the shower water could be hotter, and also if the room door could be quieter. Also the walls of each shower room need to do a seriously clean.”

“We were very happy with our stay in Anouk's charming houseboat. The location is just a few minutes' walk to the nearby train stop to get to Amsterdam. The train to Central Station is only 15 minutes. It was great to avoid the traffic and commotion of the big city, but to be able to get there quickly to see the sites.The houseboat was very clean and spacious. The enclosed yard is nice, and there are bikes and kayaks available for use. I biked to the nearby grocery store when we needed……

“Clean apartment with good local travel connection and nice outside space. Very small for 4 adults. The whole apartment is one room which isn't clear from the pictures. No oven but 2 stove tops and microwave/ toaster available.”
