My family only stayed here one night after leaving Michigan Adventure's en route to Sleeping Bear Dunes. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm face. I was asked a few times if i enjoyed my room (not annoyingly). The rooms were very nice and clean. The sheets and bed were comfortable. The bathrooms were a little dated but the toiletries were nice. From check in to check out we were in Heaven staying here. It was so adorable inside the lobby area. The room overlooked the river with a beautiful balcony. Cute little touches like caramels in the room, fresh baked cookies, and continental breakfast. The rooms was immaculate and adorable. So comfortable and cozy. We loved every 2nd of our stay over New Year's Eve.

Beautiful old hotel that has been restored. The mattress and pillows were amazing! Slept so well!

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but I thought this hotel really stood out! The lobby area was so nice with fooseball and board games, the pool was warm and clean, and one of the staff got me breakfast at 9:50 when it closed at 9:00 (I thought it closed at 10, but that’s only on weekends…) I can’t wait to come back again.

We were in town overnight for a family event, this place had covered parking (a BIG plus in Michigan in January) The hotel has been very tastefully been remodeled recently, was very comfortable. We had breakfast in the restaurant. And it was quite good as well.

We always stay here when we visit our son at GVSU. Easy short drive to campus. New, clean, quiet.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and looks brand new. I cannot get over that there is a dishwasher, refrigerator, full-sized microwave, dishes and utensils in the room! And all for the reasonable price! I’ll definitely be back!

Excellent place to stay. Friendly staff, hotel was super clean, right off the highway. The shuttle ran until midnight so took us to our concert and picked us up before midnight. Highly recommended and I would stay here again if going to something nearby.

We stayed at Springhill in order to enjoy a day of shopping in Grandville. I am a frequent traveler and extremely picky. I was pleasantly surprised at just how nice the room was. Loved the bathroom setup and the spaciousness of a walk-in closet for storing everything. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again!

Great place to stay with a bit of luxury like Nespresso coffee in the room and a wonderful breakfast served in the downstairs restaurant.

This was our first time here. The hotel was very nice and clean. Our room was way bigger than expected and had great accommodations. The pool room was fresh, clean and didn’t have the overwhelming smell of cleaning products. There was a cute patio right off the pool room that had 2 really nice gas grills for guest use.
