“Stay was interrupted all through the night by kids running up and down the hallway, cursing doing TikTok‘s knocking on doors running the staff wasn’t as helpful as the manager stated he would come up and look around to see what he saw but every time he came mysteriously, they were out of sight so we didn’t get much sleep his excuse was quiet time starts at 11 PM which I’ve never heard and I also didn’t see any activities or anything open at 11 PM within the building.”

“The room was extremely clean and well maintained. Loved that each room has its own garage to pull into. Between the amazing bed and jacuzzi tub, this was one of the most relaxing rooms we have stayed in. There is also a large walk in shower in the room. The staff is super helpful and friendly. We will definitely make the drive to come in the future. The only possible improvements I suggest would be flavored creamers for coffee in the morning and maybe fresh fruit in the basket you get for……

“The property is downtown so that was really easy. The room was quite clean. Staff were helpful. Some of the food could be improved upon. The buffet breakfast was not wonderful and bar food was adequate. It would be great if they employed a Chef that was a bit more modern. We also tried to find a charging station for our rental vehicle which was electric and the staff was unsure how to direct us. I would say it's a good property for the area.”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“Would never book here again. The hotel was dirty! There was food and dirt all over the hotel floors that housekeeping repeatedly walked by and ignored. Our room had ants in it, the floors were dirty, the ac/heating unit smelled like it was burning so we were unable to use it the entire stay, the lights in the bathroom were blown out by the mirrors, our room was "cleaned" once in the 5 days we were there and that was just the beds being made. Our towels and washcloths were taken, not replaced,……
