“Our room was missing soap when we checked in and room service never came to our room during the entire stay. The booking listing said there was a sofa bed but it was a chair. I asked the guy at the front desk if their was a mixup and he said that the rooms with the sofa were all taken. It was a nice hotel with a great waterpark but not having a sofa bed and lack of room service kinda ruined it.”

“Love, love, love staying here! This was probably our 5th or 6th time staying. We've been in the cottages, regular cabins and deluxe cabins. All three types have been clean. It's a great place to stay while visiting cedar point to make your park trip feel much less stressful.”

“Clean room.froemdly staff. Pictures made the locations indoor water park seem bigger. Teens were a little disappointed with the smaller size but all in all good trip”
