"Excellent describes the most recent stay. Upgraded a Guest of the Day was really unexpected. Executive Suite was spacious and kind fun. Great view over the racecourse. "

"Love how close it is to dining venues but with the new Powerhouse Museum building going up it will mean views are out of the question. "

"Love the single sink in the bathroom as it allowed space for our toiletries. The room was a great size and we are highly likely to book again when staying in Penrith. "

"Excellent accommodation with very large room. Extremely clean and one of the best beds I have slept in at a hotel stay. Like new bathroom facilities, soap shampoo, and conditioner. The only negative, entrance is on a busy road and if you miss it, little time consuming to get back to. Just need to make sure you slow down to get it right."

"Location and price was great for our purpose. Easy to walk to the train station and athletics centre. The rooms are small but that was fine for 1 night. The only issue we had was an unpleasant smell in the room possibly from drains?"

"Thé staff are the best assets of this hotel. They were very helpful when I had to check out and check back in as my husband was in hospital and I didn’t know from day to day if he would be discharged. Particular mention to Liam and Jess although others were helpful too but I didn’t get there names. "

"We stayed here for a couple of nights after flying in from the UK and just needed somewhere to get over the jet lag away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We stayed in the little lakeside cabin and it was perfect for our needs. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and great shower!"
