"This was a wonderful hotel. The breakfast area was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious! The room was beautiful and very clean. Our only irk was that we got a room with the jetted tub, but the hot water was minimal and the water pressure was minimal so it took very long to fill the tub and by the time it filled, the water was not very warm. "We stayed two days before and two days after hiking the Inca Trail. Our room was nicer on the first stay, however both were comfortable and clean. Staff is amazing and willing to assist with booking taxis from/to airport. Breakfast included each morning and if you leave before breakfast they offer a pre made bagged breakfast. Area is located conveniently to shopping, eating and the main square. "

"Absolutely Wonderful! Staff is excellent, and they go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and assist in any way they can. We stayed 4 nights (Sept 2022) in the Master Suite and found the facility to be exceptional and yet not crowded. "We had a wonderful experience staying here. The guys at the front desk were so welcoming and very helpful. They even allowed us to check in early, which was great! They were also very attentive to our needs and I truly felt well cared for during my entire stay. The rooms are so beautiful and I had an amazing view of the city from my balcony.
