"Este establecimiento nunca tuvo mi reserva de expedia, encima seguía ofreciendo disponibilidad en expedia cuabdo realmente no tenia espacios. Por últimos no me brindo ninguna solución sólo atinaron a decirme que ya estaba reservado todo y no tenian mi reserva. Pase un mal rato porque el hotel esta bien retirado y ni siquiera me brindaron una alternativa. Deberia retirarse de expedia sino pretenden respetar las reservas es mas nunca me llamaron."

Even let us sit in their lobby after we had checked out while we were waiting for our transportation. Special thanks to Emmanuel, the lady with glasses and all others in the lobby. "We stayed because we had a 6 am international flight the next morning. The hotel is new, rooms very nice, and it’s an easy walk across a footbridge to the terminal. Breakfast started at 4am but that’s when we had to check in for our flight. So, we requested a box breakfast which was ready when we checked out at 3.30 am. They appear put a lot of thought into providing useful amenities for travelers. If we had stayed longer, we might have found more of them."
