“Nice hotel, nice room and good location!”

“Parking was a nightmare.”

“we were put in a top floor room in the school masters house which unfortunately was closest to the main room which could noisy at times. Breakfast was good altho there seem better options on Saturday than Friday eg Fresh fruit/fruit salad. Staff in the Breakfast Room were attentive and worked were hard ”

“We were so impressed, it was a last minute booking when we were so exhausted we couldn't drive anymore. The beds were so comfortable, I enjoyed the pool facilities, so clean and well maintained. The restaurant on site had amazing food and even gave us a big tray to bring our food to the room after room service ended. I would recommend to others and stay again. Thank you to the staff from start to finish 10/10!”

“Myself, 4 girlfriends and 2 dogs very much enjoyed our stay at quirky hedgehog view. The outlook from the property onto the Welsh hills was gorgeous, and the hot tub was lovely. There are curious goats on the surrounding fields that visited us. The baby goats were very sweet! Thank you to Gemma for hosting us at Hedgehog view. She was on hand with a contact number for an emergency vet, when on of our dogs had eaten something he shouldn't have!”

“Very convenient hotel for what we needed. The food was nice and the breakfast good value. The room was a decent size for two of us but small for a family room. TV in the room was slow and difficult to change channels. The temperature control in the shower was broken and set on hot. Just about manageable. Finally, and this is only a problem I guess with the current heatwave is that there was no air conditioning and the window had to be shut at night due to noise from other rooms. All in……

“Nice looking hotel in a lovely location. It is conveniently located in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park making it ideal to get out and about either walking, hiking, and cycling in the surrounding area. Waterfall country is about a 30 minute drive away. Very friendly and polite staff. Food was on the slightly pricey side but it was excellent quality. Can’t comment on the pool, spa or gym facilities as we did not use them. The hotel ceilings as well as the room we stayed in……

“Our room was clean and comfy The staff could not do enough for you they were all very friendly and happy, we ate at the yak and yeti three nights in a row as the food was absolutely delicious the flavours were out of this world there was alot of choice on the menu too, they had a really nice sun terrace to enjoy a drink, food or just to chill, they had a car park for the duration of your stay Breakfast was a full english which i can honestly say kept you full until your evening meal , we did……

“The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night.……
