“The Econo Lodge in Beckley was lovely, we were late arriving but were met by a friendly staff member who was very helpful. The rooms were spotless, very clean bathrooms and beds, pillows fresh and comfortable. The next morning we had a quick free breakfast to get us going. “Check in was chaotic. Phone ringing off the hook, line in the lobby, and only one receptionist. Another person came in to help. Some people were having issues with no heat or hot water in their rooms and they were having to switch rooms. The Second Lady that came to help was super rude and short with one man needing to change rooms. With the hotel filling up, due to spring break, the manager hiked the prices to $133\. Crazy for such an unprepared hotel. Thankfully everything worked in our room.……

“The site location is awkward to even get to. You. Have to drive through the dairy Queen parking lot just to get to the motel. The room was filthy and all leaving to it was horrible.
