“We had a great stay. The property is beautiful and our suite was lovely. We had just a couple of minor complaints.There is no hair conditioner provided, and none available, apparently. Our shower didn't drain well, and we were standing in ankle deep water during showers. Some of the food in the Bistro was bad (chicken shawarma sandwich and tortilla soup). Also, I left a shirt behind in the room, and felt that not enough was done by the staff to help locate it when I called.”

“Nice warm pool all day/night 9pm long, huge win with my whole group. Everything was clean, staff amazing. We were impressed that from our rooms we could hear ocean. I loved the fact that we were so close to the Ocean. We couldn't even hear the traffic from front of hotel. We always felt safe. When u hear that people have been coming here for the last 30yrs. I fell walking on the big rocks at outlet, came back to Costa de Oro, went straight to life guard- Ricardo, i didn't have to ask, as soon as……
