“The hotel charge everything separate, you are supposed to wear a bracelet even if you did not buy the all inclusive, if you lost it they will charge almost 50 usd for a plastic wristband replacement, the room amenities were not filled up daily (shampoo, water) the restaurant staff never told us there was a buffet available for purchase, the staff was not helpful at all, the towels were not replaced all of our stay.”
