“Wow my new favorite hotel in Miami-Coral Gables area. From the moment you get off your car the valet staff is greeting you. We walked into the lobby which smells Devine. The front desk staff all the ladies and gentlemen were a pleasure to deal with we were there a week and got to meet them all. Great customer service and very helpful recommending restaurants in the area. The room we had 2 bedroom unit 405 which was wonderful everything was very cleaned. The decor is top notch. Can't say enough……

"This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well at all."
