“Our second visit and we would be happy to stay again. Set in a lovely olde worlde part of Shepperton it is a nice quiet location very close to the river. Lovely bar area and restaurant with an out door area to sit and watch the river life. The bedroom was a good size and comfortable, water pressure for the shower was a bit low but adequate. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our stay.”

“It wasn’t good at all, second day I went outside to meet a friend and gave the key back so I won’t lost it. When I came back and asked for the keys, she said we thought you have left already. I said I have booking for one more day. She already booked someone in my room their. What a night mare”

“Comfortable stay. No issues. The host kindly arranged a microwave for us also on request which was really helpful travelling with small kids. One minor thing that could be improved - a clock in each room please. The clock in lounge wasn't working correctly.”

“It was fine for one night, we booked a river view and couldn't see the river, just trees, it's run down, but OK for a night, it was clean. ”

“Not a very good environment. People staying there seem to be living in the hotel. There is no AC and the rooms and corridors have a very bad smell. No suitable, especially not for the price.”
