The checkin took longer time than expected as there was only one staff on duty at around 5:30pm for a long queue. I especially would like to thank Muriel at the reception and Mehdi at the spa who’re very helpful and friendly. A very pleasant stay and will sure come back for my next visit to London.”

“I had never stayed in such an awful hotel at such a high price, we have to share bathroom, and there is nothing in the bathroom except one roll of tissue paper. We can hear the noise from the next room easily, the carpet is old and dirty. It is very far from the airport and very hard to find. I spent 25 ponds to grab to car to the hotel and spent another 18 to the nearest station in Slought. “My family and I travelled for vacation. I originally booked 2/2 bedrooms, the property reached out to me when one of the properties was unavailable due to unforeseen circumstance. They gave me 2/1 bedroom apartments which actually worked out for my group as one of my family members has difficulties climbing stairs. The property uses a security system for entrance. “clean rooms, convenient to Heathrow. Laundry worked fine , lots of good lighting. Very responsive host. All we needed. The only thing I would improve is that there was really not a good place to eat a meal. The counter was too high for the chairs, so we ate on our laps on the sofa. Otherwise, great place. ”
