“Truly one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Absolutely stunning views from the room, the dining area, the pool -- everywhere really! The staff is also exceptionally friendly and lovely. The cocktails and food were incredible, both in the dining area as well as upon arrival (welcome drinks) and in the room (snacks, truffles, etc.). Everything felt so well thought out and special. I cannot wait to go back. I can't imagine a better hotel in St. Lucia (or really anywhere -- it's that tough……

“Beautiful resort, initially impressed by the room thought it was amazing until i started to use things. Took a shower and noticed that the water took a long time to drain. Couple hours later, maintenance knocked on the door and asked if we used the shower, i responded yes about an hour or 2 ago. He said the ceiling had a leak in the room below, i told him that the shower was backed up and he took a look and said he would be back tomorrow to fix it, Did not see maintenance again until 2 days……

“My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy. The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction. The food was disgusting and barely……

“All-inclusive was the way to go! We booked this trip for a graduation and birthday celebration and it couldn’t have gone any better! It was so good we wanted to extend our trip. We will definitely be back and felt like The Landings was the perfect spot in St Lucia! Amazing staff, villas with private hot tubs and convenient to excursions, restaurants/bars and boat marinas!”
