“This property was so beautiful and clean, the staff were so friendly and accommodating, the food was AMAZING, especially the landing restaurant. We had the breakfast included package and it was so worth it. I traveled with my husband and our two children (19 & 17) and although we did some excursions, they did not want to leave the resort. It was literally perfect! We had a suite, which was so spacious and gave the adults their private time and the kids had their own space. The outdoor jacuzzi……

“My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy. The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction. The food was disgusting and barely……

“I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.”

“The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Complementary filtered water, coffee and tea were plentiful. Ms Tessa who was assigned to our room did a great job and responded quickly to our requests. (Ms Tessa - thank you for not removing our personal pillow slips - as was done at other resorts). The beach was always clean and we had a wonderful time there taking numerous family pictures. The guard saw we were having a good time and even left the gate open for us for a few extra……
