“My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy. The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction. The food was disgusting and barely……

“I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.”

“Overall, the resort was decent. The food was good and most of the staff were friendly. However, the property definitely needs some upgrades. Some of the equipment seems outdated, and our room had issues such as a broken doorknob and a broken locker, which should have been fixed before guests arrive. “The property is beautiful. The accommodation was private and we made use of the room service often. Navigating around the property can be challenging as it’s spread out and very hilly. Can be rainy as well being in the rain forest. The all inclusive was well worth while, fabulous food! The pool rarely gets used as there is no washroom or change area. Also no pool bar. Food & drinks can be ordered through an App but not easily navigated. ”
