“We did the all inclusive. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. We stayed in the 2 bedroom overlooking the marina. It was enormous and the staff kept the room clean at all times and fully stocked. The staff is very friendly. The beach is fantastic. No seaweed and very clean. One downside is the service in the restaurants is unbelievably slow. There is only 3 restaurants and 1 was closed completely while we were there. The remaining 2 are not both open for dinner so we ate at……

“My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy. The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction. The food was disgusting and barely……

“I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.”

“My son loved the water park. The room was spacious and had a washer/dryer…no dirty clothes to take home. The staff were friendly and attentive. The beach was clean and free of sargassum!!! We would definitely return and recommend this resort.”
