“The property itself was very clean. The room was very spacious.. I would say out of all the staff there were only two that were happy to be working. Our first day we got there we went to the bar and it was only like 4 o’clock and we were ordering food and the guy was like well. You can only order food to 630. OK it was 430. Acted like they couldn’t be bothered. The food choices for dinner were horrible. We were told that the one sushi restaurant was closed because it was their quiet season……

“My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy. The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction. The food was disgusting and barely……

“I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.”
