“My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy. The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction. The food was disgusting and barely……

“I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.”

“it wasn't clear that there is no air conditioning. could have used some water and ice stations through out the resort (instead of calling twice a day to get water) other than that is was a very nice resort. relaxing was easy to do. bring plenty of mosquito spray and cortisone cream!”

“Absolutely breathtaking resorts.. I loved everything about it. The resort is not in a tourist area, but you can get anywhere within 30 mins to 1 hour drive. The spa was amazing, food was great and the snorkeling off the beach was amazing. The rooms are spacious with large closets. The outdoor showers are incredible. The views from the rooms should be on postcards. We will be back for sure”
