“There was only one restaurant open which was fine (due to slow season), but (most of) the staff wasn’t very friendly and almost seemed bothered to help. We did have a few nice restaurant staff members, then went on vacation themselves. It seemed a lot of food was out of stock and the wait time for food was loooong. The upside was the food was delicious. The rooms are great! Love the space. Nightly Entertainment would have been nice. A show or music. It would make sense to have pool &……

“My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy. The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction. The food was disgusting and barely……
