“The resort was exceptional. The place, staff were outstanding. The view was beautiful The food at the resort was disappointing. I would give it a C rating. The location of the resort unfortunately was approximately one and a half hours from the airport. Car service was painful! Once there. it became complicated to travel to other places to dine BTY. their. excuse for a breakfast buffet was inferior even in comparison to a number of all inclusive resorts we’ve attended , ”

“My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.”
