“It is no wonder this is such a popular resort. The staff were outstanding…too many to mention, but here are a few: Lovina buffet restaurant), Rose (housekeeping), Kershana (activities) and yoga master Vernon! Food was great, esp on the Verandah and Trattoria. Only negative was Hermina at the reservations desk…her blunt negative attitude stood out amongst everyone else’s easy, friendly demeanour. The resort did a commendable job clearing out the sargassum each morning. And it was a pleasant……

“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

“I take great care in doing my research before booking each vacation and I had high expectations for this resort. I am happy to say all expectations were absolutely exceeded! This is an astonishingly beautiful and unique spot to stay. Every single staff member was amazingly gracious and welcoming, we enjoyed the food and absolutely loved this stay. “Clean room, some wear and tear. Very basic kitchen appliances only and no extras like cooking oil, sugar, or any spices. No paper towels. However the little market offered these things and there was a nearby grocery store. The dinners were excellent. Very close to the road but on the ocean side you only hear the waves. The room on the sie facing the room can be loud with road noise. Beach is nice and right there. Sandals resort is next door. Overall pleasant stay and it served its……
