“Perfection”

“Resort was clean, employees were outstanding. Calm beach that works well for families with children. The resort is flat. No big hills to climb like other resorts on the island.”

“We loved our stay at coconut bay! The ride to the airport was less than 5 minutes.. such a perk! The pools were very nice, the food was great! We had one of the newly remodeled concierge rooms and it was perfect. My son loved playing pickleball after the sun went down. We heard the beach wasn't very nice so we didn't have high expectations, but we took the short walk down to the resorts paradise beach and it was honestly gorgeous! They had free boogie boards, snorkels, paddle boards and kayaks!……

“My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy. The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction. The food was disgusting and barely……

“I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.”
