“Hello, the reason I am taking time to do this review is because I feel completely ignored when I complained of how loud and bad the room was. We where told the hotel was sold out. For 2 nights after a long travel we where not able to sleep. I was denied the opportunity to speak to a manager. When I contacted Expedia and explained it took time for them to help. We waited 2 days of out vacation frustrated and tired. Finally they moved us with was nice but had to packed everything and moved. Every……
