“The hotel was great. Expedia on the other hand, sucks. There was a mistake in the booking. I called Expedia to see if there was a way to fix it. The representative from Expedia said he called the hotel and that the hotel wouldn't refund for the money for booking. The problem? I was standing next to the owner of the hotel, and he was standing next to the phone. Expedia never called. They lied. I called them out on it, and they told me the person they talked to told them it was violation of there……
