"We had a pleasant stay until checkout, when we were informed that three towels were missing. Initially, we were told the cost would be $10 per towel, but later we were informed by the staff that the manager had provided incorrect information, and the actual charge is $25 per towel. We do not have the towels. One towel was found and returned. So we are wrongfully being charged for towels that shouldn’t be missing since I hung them up on the bathroom before checking out. "

"This is a wonderful place. I don't want to say too many good things because it will become too popular and then too expensive. But, I will anyway. Clean rooms. Spacious rooms. Comfortable, nice, well maintained. Nice Staff. Friendly. Professional. Appreciative. They appreciate that you stayed. Breakfast isn't anything spectacular, but it does what it's supposed to do. And March is citrus season in the valley. So, there were fresh, juicy, wonderful oranges and mandarins. I have yet to use the pool or hot tub when I visit. But they seem well cared for and there are plenty of people enjoying them. I have stayed 6 or 7 times now... and I like it... A LOT."

"After Google Maps totally messed up the directions, the check in went so smoothly. Then the security guard greeted me kindly and gave me some good advice -- so friendly. The room was excellent, very clean and the lighted mirror really helped. The towels were excellent, very plush. Then came the best surprise of all -- the breakfast. I thought nice breakfasts were a thing of the past, but this was one of the best I've ever experienced, so much variety and all of it so tasty. I just can't complement this hotel enough -- a great experience at the end of my travels. One note of slight concern -- the shower floor can get a little slippery, so adding some traction to the floor is recommended. "

"I had hoped Motel 6 had improved over the years and gave them a try. To start I had to pay a 60.00 cash deposit at check in. I questioned why and the woman became hostile and informed me that I could go somewhere else if I didn’t like this ‘policy’. This is above the room charge which had already been paid. I insisted on a receipt and did get this back when we checked out. Got to the room to find it was bare, very dark lighting and filthy floor. Cooling system only kept it tolerable. Bedspreads were stained and the pillows felt like they came out of a $1.00 bargain bin. Beds were older and one was broken down. In the bathroom the towels were threadbare and ragged. The so called closet was a cubby with no lighting. Absolutely no amenities. Not even a do not disturb placard. To top off this experience we had a person who was drunk or high knocking on our door a couple times the first night looking for someone. The only good thing I can say is we were able to park near our room. I DO NOT recommend this property."

"Breakfast was over by 8:35. Asked staff couple of times and the lied about refilling up the items. Only potatoes were served after 8:35. Trash was not clean up and the breakfast area was filled with plates and other trash. There was coffee spilt on the floor in multiple places and no one was bothered. Manager came to work only at 9:00 and seem to not care about how the hotel was being run by the staff."
