The property is extremely dated and hadn’t been cleaned or looked after for what appeared to be years. The location, view and area was lovely but unfortunately the state of the property ruined our holiday; we only stayed to avoid disappointing the kids! It may just about have been acceptable if we’d hired the place for a rock bottom price, or been allowed to stay for free by a family member. Vrbo should not be allowed to list a property like this (at least not without making it clear how poor the standard is). We stayed at another property last year for a similar price and had an amazing holiday, it was a shame that this year wasn’t the same.
