“Due to dual hurricane damage at Cedar Key, I will extend some grace to this review. I stayed one Saturday night. The room was disgusting. Peeling paint, door lock barely worked, bathroom was gross, pillows where paper thin, Internet didn't work. TV remote didn't work. There were several guest below my room smoking which is disgusting. I was worried my motorcycle would be stolen or damaged overnight. I feel sorry for Cedar Key, but I would never recommend this motel.”

“My wife and o stayed on a Monday and the place was almost empty except for us, so parking was not an issue, but my guess is that it could be if they were fully booked. Also note that the restaurant and bar are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Luckily we did find a couple of small places that were open. The cabin was very well equipped and clean but the space in the two bedrooms are tight. The cabins are actually trailers and they have two a/c compressors attached to the front wall, which is……

“While the room was described as a balcony room on the riverfront it is really a ground level room with a small wooden deck. It sits on a field that is a good distance away from the water and you have a slight view of the river from your room. The grounds offer nice seating to view and enjoy the river from. There is a pool in front of the motel that was kept clean. This is a roadside motel so there are many loud vehicles that travel by all hours of the night. The air conditioner has a high fan……

“The room was not that clean. The woman who runs the place should not be working in a Customer Service position!! She doesn't understand the meaning. She was extremely rude and very racist. I will never again stay at this motel. ”

“Was great overall. Parking lot could use a little work but nothing to cause your car any issues. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.”
