Bring your own boat, use our kayak, or rent a boat at the marina only a block away. A peaceful enclosed porch with lots of windows overlooks Sebec Lake. Full kitchen, BBQ grill & fireplace. 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, 1 full size pull-out couch bed. Sleeps up to 5\. Perfect for families, friends, or a couples getaway Other things to note Our cottage offers a bulkhead plus a moor to dock your boat. Our bulkhead portion is about 25 feet in overall length with a ladder to disembark. In addition, very sturdy steps that lead directly into the water, this is perfect for going swimming, climbing onto your floatie or getting into kayak. If your boat is longer than 25 feet you will have to moor it. The front porch was where we spent all our time. Very clean, anything we needed was available, and Kim was very communicative in making sure we were all set. As with many Maine camps, very steep stairs to the upstairs sleeping area but it’s well lit. Neighbors are very close but everyone was nice and welcoming. We rented a boat for the day from Merrill’s Marina half a mile away and explored the lake that way.
