Staff were all great throughout, check-in was straightforward and painless, room was immaculate and comfortable, even better than it looked in pics. “Our stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. Check‑in was uninformative, and we were handed a piece of paper that turned out to contain outdated instructions about car registration. After rushing back downstairs, we were told it didn’t apply — so it really shouldn’t be given to guests at all. The restaurant experience wasn’t any better. Service was poor, the staff complained about making cocktails, and they were spilled twice. The food was average, the wine list wasn’t available, and……
