Rockcastle river is 5 miles away, and a perfect place to drop in your kayaks,canoes, and inner tubes for a lazy day in the water. Cumberland falls is also within 30 miles to catch a moonbow view. The place was great. Whatever questions you have she responds immediately! If you are looking to ride at Wildcat ATV/UTV mountain you will have to trailer your toy. It is too far away and you can’t ride even the side of the main road (not enough room). This fact has nothing to to with Fonda’s establishment. It has all the amenities and More you could ask for. We wanted a place near water and also away from city life. It was perfect. Fonda has a great little spot to just chill out and relax. The hot tub was terrific after hiking adventures we took during the day. It was close to the lake so the doggo had a great time swimming off the boat ramp.
