"Hyatt Place Memphis Primacy Park is the basic, no-thrills, no-fills type hotels for the leisure travelers. The only thing that is not good about this place is that you’re forced to pay for parking when there’s tons of parking available. If you don’t pay, your car will be towed."

"I have only one concern. My daughter was told that Starbuck’s closed at 10:00 and I was looking forward to enjoying a cup of coffee upon my return to the hotel. When I got back and went to the restaurant I was told that they had already closed down which was before 9:45. No, I do not use the coffee machines in the rooms and I would have stopped on the way back to the hotel if one of the staff members had not told my daughter that I would be able to get coffee at the hotel."

"Reserved non smoking room got a Smoking room. Front desk lady seemed uninterested in helping or acknowledging my existence. Casino was great and restaurants were awesome inside the hotel. Room smelt bad and could have been cleaned better. "
